Sushi by Hidden serves an omakase (meaning “I’ll leave it up to you”) or chef’s choice menu. In order to fulfill our commitment to deliver the very best experience for all of our guests, we ask that our guests please understand and respect our policies.
* Due to the specially curated menu, we cannot accommodate vegan or vegetarian menus.
* We cannot accommodate any changes to our dishes or provide any substitutions. If a guest prefers not to eat a dish for any reason, including dietary restrictions or personal preference, they can simply ask to be skipped for that course; the price of the meal will not be adjusted.
*Reservations for 10 guests or more constitutes a buyout.

We have a strict 24-hour (1 day) cancellation policy: A $60 (lunch) and $75 (dinner) per person fee will apply to cancellations/no-shows/changes.
